Honeymoon-ers

So the wedding is over and now it’s time to whisk away on your fabulous getaway. Which is really the “get together” of the new life together. While planning for honeymoon fun, make sure this is something done as a team. This is the time to really enjoy your time with one another, especially after all the stress planning a wedding can bring. Here is where you harbor the good moments of your wedding and begin setting plans for the future.

Get together and discuss places you would like to go and things you’d like to see. The budget will assist in determining your choices. Search for a Travel Agency professional. This can save lots of time and money. A travel agent will have much information on popular vacation spots or “hot spots” as we call them. The travel agent will fill you in on any “To-Do’s” ahead of time such as, vacation insurance, immunizations needed for traveling abroad, currency exchanges, and of course your passport information. Your travel agent should have some footage on hot spots to help you make a decision. Once you’ve chosen your location, your agent will handle the rest. You just wave Aloha to your family and friends, enjoy!

  • Do a Honeymoon Registry. Let your wedding guests assist with your trip.
  • Do not think cheap. Take enough money with you, but stay within your budget, just plan for emergencies ahead of time.
  • Try your best not to carry cash, you have many options.
